She has held leadership roles that include steering policy advocacy and strategic direction for prominent small business organisations. Alexi serves as a Government Relations Advisor and Small Business Strategist, leveraging her extensive experience in media, public speaking, and high-profile public relations. She has sat on over 25 federal and state government committees and roundtables including the Ministerial Advisory Committee for Skilled Migration, highlighting her expertise in multiple areas of policy. Alexi is dedicated to promoting the interests of small businesses through robust advocacy, impactful stakeholder engagement, and targeted government relations, ensuring their needs are addressed at both local and national levels.

With a career spanning over three decades in the public sector, Cate transitioned in 2023 to establish her consultancy, Calypso EnviroPlanning Solutions. As Principal Consultant, she specialises in environmental regulation and compliance, providing expertise to government and private clients. Drawing from her qualifications in Urban and Regional Planning and 33 years of regulatory experience, including five years at the NSW Environment Protection Authority, Cate offers a unique perspective on using regulatory frameworks to improve business outcomes. She is committed to environmental compliance across various sectors, with a focus on the waste industry, especially in regional areas.
